Iron And Fire

A unique event request for 1200 guests of a metal sector company. Well, we do love a challenge and this was definitely an event we were thrilled to take over! We needed an appropriate venue, festive atmosphere and tailor-made themed entertainment, which needed to be created from scratch!

The main challenge was to create a theatrical opening show of Greek mythology related to the metal company itself. Also to present numerous other happenings taking place at the same time in different spots of the venue, giving the feeling of a street party event.ย

Guests were welcomed by a unique scenery in the Old olive press of Elefsina, a venue that is truly one of a kind! Drummers, priestesses and living statues lined in a path leading to the Amphitheatre, where a tailor-made show about Hephaestus, God of iron and fire took place. Under mythical music, stilt-walking fire-jugglers, acrobats, actors, dancers, musicians and drummers, performed together in an extraordinary show that ended with fireworks and a spectacular 3D video mapping on the remaining walls of the Old Olive Oil press!

The night continued in a festival mood! Street vendors, strolling musicians, silent street comedians, jugglers, flair bartenders, hip hop dancers, are only some of the acts that guests enjoyed during the evening. Photo booths, virtual reality rooms, escape rooms, graffiti walls, were also available for them to experience! Food trucks and canteens, mobile drink stations and belly trays, 2 stages with international music bands, lounge bars and Greek taverns, designed to host more than 1200 people!ย  The result was a mind-blowing festival!ย

The client: โ€œWe were very glad that you were part of the event. What would we have done without you. Weโ€™re very happy and proud having worked with you.โ€ย

The event was awarded as the best incentive of the year!
