Our mission, to design and deliver a unique event for 2200 people! The Annual Sales meeting of a leading telecommunications company, to reward their top sellers! The highlight of the evening and our biggest challenge, was to create a futuristic show with the active participation of the 12 Top Sales Managers of the company.
The show opened with a professional video of the managers taking part in a key battle scene from the Star Wars franchise, as Storm Troopers, followed by a dancing Show, with 20 authentic Storm Troopers costumes. 10 professional dancers and acrobats, mixed with the Managers in the show, all dressed in the same costumes, constantly changing places, so that the audience would not recognize who is who. At the end of the show the Managers were the only ones left on stage and revealed themselves, surprising the audience with their on-point dancing skills and their fun and original entrance! The audience was thrilled! The outcome was picked up and uploaded on several platforms the day after and achieved 65.000 views in less than 10 hours!
It was a spectacular show for which a superb team of approximately 40 talented people collaborated effectively for an unforgettable result! Video producers, Choreographers, Director, Stage manager, Light Engineers, Special Laser Effects and indoor firework experts, worked together in a short time period to complete one mission: bringing a vision to life and even overcoming the expectations of the client!
